Dr. Thomas Feldkircher advises both national and international financial intermediaries, technology and industrial companies as well as internet and blockchain companies. He focuses on corporate law as well as banking and financial market law.  He regularly advises on M&A, private equity / private debt, asset based financings, financial market regulation, collective investment law and capital market transactions. In addition, he engages in teaching and lecturing activities in this regards.

Furthermore, Dr. Thomas Feldkircher is also admitted to the bar in Austria and to the ecclesiastical courts.
